Trail conditions change constantly. If you have been out there recently, we want to hear what you found.

Tell Us What You Found

The most useful information in this guide comes from people who were just on the trail. A washout on the Bruce Trail near Nottawasaga Bluffs. A new boardwalk section at Cranberry Marsh. The parking lot at The Crack expanding (or not). A poorly marked junction at Kolapore Uplands. If you were recently on a Georgian Bay trail and noticed something worth sharing, we want to hear it.

We also welcome questions about specific trails, corrections to anything we have gotten wrong, and suggestions for trails we should cover. We do not accept paid placement or sponsored content — every recommendation on this site is based on actual trail experience.

What Makes a Good Trail Report

The best trail condition reports include:

  • Trail name and specific section
  • Date of your visit
  • What you found: washouts, fallen trees, mud conditions, ice, water crossings
  • Parking situation: did the lot fill? What time?
  • Anything that differed from what you expected based on published info
